Can I pay my bill online?

To set up a new account please be prepared to enter your ALLO account number excluding the preceding zeros, your city of birth and the postal zip code associated with your account. Please call our local support team at 866-481- 2556 if you have any questions.

Once you have completed the registration you will be able to make payments, set up auto-payments and view real-time billing information as well as past billing history. Additional enhanced features coming soon include the ability to make changes to your ALLO services and report issues to our support team. Alternatively, you can choose to make one time payments without registering an account.

You can also make a payment by phone by dialing 844-209-7165. Please note, payments made by phone after 6PM (CT) will be in a pending state until midnight and post the next business day.
