Sometimes all your network needs is a quick fresh start! With the Reboot System feature, you can restart your ALLO router or mesh extenders directly from your phone—no need to crawl behind furniture or unplug any power cords.
What to Expect
- ⏱️ Takes About 5 Minutes: Your internet will briefly disconnect while your equipment powers down, resets, and reconnects.
- 🔄 Automatic Reconnection: Once the restart is complete, all your phones, laptops, and smart devices will automatically reconnect on their own.
- 🔒 Your Settings Stay Safe: A reboot simply refreshes your connection. It will not erase your network name, password, or any personalized settings.
How to Restart Your Equipment
- Open the ALLOIQ app.
- On your home screen, tap the Reboot System shortcut under Quick Links.
(You can also find this by tapping Network Systems). - Choose the piece of equipment you’d like to restart from the menu.
- Tap Reboot.
- Sit back and give it about 5 minutes to finish restarting and reconnecting to the internet.
