You recently moved into an apartment complex and are interested in ALLO. Now what? First, you’ll sign up for ALLO service by heading over to www.ALLOFiber.com/Apartments. After we’ve been notified of your interest, the ALLO team starts working to bring fiber service directly to your door.
If ALLO service isn’t available at your complex yet, this is where we’ll reach out to your property owner to gain approval. After we hear the magic word (yes!), our team will then schedule a walk-through with your property owner to go over the layout of your complex. Once that’s complete, and your property owner agrees with our construction plan, it’s time to build the fiber footprint.
After we construct the fiber network to your apartment complex, our team will then reach out via phone, text, or email to schedule your installation. Add us to your calendar, and we’ll be in and out in about an hour and a half.
When installation day arrives, the ALLO team is excited, you’re excited, you’re about to future-proof your home and your devices with fiber! With your free ALLO router in hand, our installation technician is ready to get you surfing the web with fiber-fast speeds in no time. In some cases, apartments may already have ALLO equipment on site, and all we have to do is flip the fiber switch. Most of the time, however, our tech will find the perfect location within your home to place your router, making sure that you’ll have an unbeatable signal before we leave.
