How Do I Stream HBO MAX Through the App?

So, you heard that HBO MAX offers over 10,000 hours of content and you’re itching to rewatch Friends for the 10^th time? We get it! Here’s how:

If you haven’t already registered for Watch TV Everywhere (WTVE). This will be your first step. You’ll need your ALLO account number and a valid email address.

If you’re already registered for WTVE, you can head straight to HBO MAX. To do so, you have a few options:

1. Download the HBO MAX app on any smartphone or tablet.
2. Visit HBO’s website with your computer here.
3. Download the HBO MAX App on your Smart TV.

Once installed, you will be prompted to sign in.

You will then be prompted to sign in with your phone or computer.

Type the code listed on the app screen into the browser and then click “next.”

Click “Sign In through TV or mobile provider.”

Choose ALLO Communications from the list.

Sign in with your Watch TV Everywhere account.

If successful, the app will start up automatically.
